- Mosques, churches, temples, religious institutions, other religious places and hostels are associated with it. Government and parastatal offices, hospitals, government guesthouses, military ferries, marinas, universities, colleges, schools, private educational institutions, orphanages, and other charities that include homes and residential communities supplied with large volumes of gas.
- All establishments are registered with local authorities as commercial properties or in places such as cafes, bakeries, dairy shops, teahouses, canteens, hairdressers, laundries, cinemas, clubs, theaters and private entertainment venues. Conducting a FMCG business for direct commercial sale in offices, clinics, maternity hospitals, etc.
- All consumers are involved in the processing of finished products, the cost of which exceeds the cost of industrial raw materials, regardless of the amount of gas used, including in the hotel industry, with the exception of industries for which separate rates are set.
